5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

8. Support
- Purchases include lifetime support and updates for issues directly related to the purchased template.
- Support includes: bug fixes, updates, and licensing help.
- Support does not include: third-party plugins, hosting problems, or custom modifications.
9. Disclaimers
- Templates are provided “as is” with or without warranties.
- We do not guarantee that Licensed Assets will be error-free, or meet every specific requirement.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTemplateMarket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption, data loss).
- Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse Licensed Assets.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease using any Licensed Assets obtained unlawfully.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
