Return & Refund Policy

At Web Template Market, we sell digital products including WordPress templates and template bundle memberships. Because these are instant-access digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

By purchasing any product or membership from Web Template Market, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

1. Product Defects or Technical Issues

If a template has a major technical issue that prevents it from working as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

Before requesting a refund, you must allow our support team the opportunity to assist in resolving the issue.

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase.

3. Non-Delivery of Product

If you did not receive access to the template or membership due to a system error, we will either:

  • provide immediate access, or

  • issue a refund if access cannot be granted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You purchased the product by mistake

  • You no longer need the template

  • You expected features that are not listed on the product page

  • You do not know how to use WordPress or Elementor

  • You found another product you prefer

  • You did not read the product description before purchasing

Because all templates are digital products with instant access, refunds cannot be issued once files have been downloaded or accessed.

Template Bundle Membership Refunds

For Template Bundle Memberships, refunds are not offered once access to the template library has been granted.

This is because members gain immediate access to downloadable digital assets.

Please review the product details carefully before subscribing.

Support Before Refund

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through:

  • Installation guidance

  • troubleshooting assistance

  • documentation or tutorials

Our goal is to ensure you successfully launch your website.

Refund Request Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
